Please provide a statement that addresses your reasons for transferring and the objectives you hope yo achieve.
My dream is to pursue a career in economics and at the moment, I need a place that will help me grow and provide me with the tools that will help me develop into an accomplished economist.
Well, the first reason why I am seeking a transfer is so that I can obtain a better education. The quality of education differs in universities and I believe I will be able to get a better quality if I get this opportunity.
Secondly, I am a hardworking student and it is this drive and resolve that helped me to get a GPA of 3.78 in my previous two semesters. I know I can do better than this but the environment matters as well. A change of environment will indeed help me find ways to fit in and offer me challenges which I believe will be healthy for my development. Being a hardworking and committed student, I believe one’s ambitions can be curtailed by their environment. So, my quest to transfer is so that I may get an environment where I will be able to grow within a place that challenges me to do better and be better as a human being.
Thirdly, Pine Major College is indeed a good school. However, I feel lost here because the school is a liberal arts college. Additionally, it does not have a rich history of churning out economists. My ideal school is one that will take ...
