This study touches on reforms that have been made in Ghana to ensure that education is accessible to all citizens. As a result, it provides that Ghana has made significant reforms; however, there is a need for further studies to determine what reforms should be done in the future to ensure that there is increased number of educated women.
Annotation #2: Marbell, K. N., & Grolnick, W. S. (2013). Correlates of parental control and autonomy support in an interdependent culture: A look at Ghana. Motivation and Emotion, 37(1), 79-92.
This study delves into the importance of parental control in interdependent culture such as Ghanaian. It found out that culture has a significant effect on growth of children in society. There is a need for further research to compare the parenteral control in Africa and western world.
Annotation #3: Tuakli-Wosornu, Y. A., & Haig, A. J. (2014). Implementing the world report on disability in West Africa: challenges and opportunities for Ghana. American journal of physical medicine & rehabilitation, 93(1), S50-S57.
This article looks at the barriers preventing disable people from Ghana from getting opportunities. It provides that culture and discrimination are the major factors influencing the opportunities for people with disability. However, the study must be supplemented with other studies because it is limited only to West Africa.

This study analyses Hofstede’s cultural dimensions and provides an approach that can be used in HRM. The study must be supplemented with other literatures since it is limited.
This article suggests how culture has gained attention in the HR management. As a result, it states the use of culture in strategic human resource management. The study needs to be supplemented with other studies.
