There is no single definition of a monster. Several monsters exist in this world, which can be found in the most unexpected places and seen in the most unexpected times and situations. There are monsters outside, inside our homes, and even inside our own bodies. Of all the monsters encountered, the most frightening is always the one found inside us. Despite the daunting feeling, the monster inside us is our favorite.
One of the well-known monsters in the literature that dwell inside a person is Voldemort, whose soul is embedded inside Harry Potter, due to the unforeseen event of transferring a part of his soul to the child after inflicting a curse that has been reflected by the world’s most remarkable and most authentic spell—a mother’s love (Rowling, 1997).
