The code of ethics of McDonald’s is delineated in the company’s Standards of Business Conduct. The standards provide a guideline that should be followed in the behavior, decisions and actions of the company. Customers’ experiences, ethical operation procedures and the need to continually improve are among the core values established by the standards. McDonald’s Standards of Business Conduct are founded on the company’s commitment to ethical, dependable truthful values.
