In the first video, they are talking about the process of manufacturing which needs to go through some processes to be done successfully. The first process begins by coming up with a list of the production orders. Once they have the orders, it is easy to prioritize on what should be done first what follows and finally the last activity.
After the first processes then the workers are assigned the work depending on the areas which they perform best (Shankar, 2016). When the workers are done working on the products the quality team checks the quality of the goods to ensure they meet the standards. During the times that the goods do not meet the set standards, the quality teams write a report on the places to be rectified and ensure it is fit to be sold in the market.
In the second video, they focus on the sale of the products that have already being manufactured in the first video. They focus on how to make deals with the clients who are interested in their products. Other than that is also easy to tell the performance of the team and also tell on the potential business opportunities.
The third video viewers or potential customers have a chance to see the available business deals as well as other products from the first and second videos. In all the three videos the ERP components overlap as they have a common goal of working in an orderly manner. There is close supervision of all the departments to ensure they are able to achieve the set goals. The three components also overlap as they all aim to convert leads into customers of the products and services they offer to the market (Hazlett, 2010).
