The mathematical theory of sets focuses on the sets, which are well defined and differentiable units or objects that contain element and specific properties. Sets can be empty, but they can be natural numbers, integers, rational numbers, real number and complex numbers (Aufmann & Lockwood, 2013). The Venn diagram is a graphic representation in the form ovals or circles in a rectangle, which shows the relationships between the sets, where the circles overlap each other to show shows all the possible logical relationships between the sets. The sets can be used in real life to determine the complex relations of the subsets, and they are mostly denoted by enclosing its elements between brackets, and may contain subsets. The Venn diagrams are used to illustrate relations in sets, while the roster method is used to present the set and there is focus on the proper set operations.
