Therapy Progress Note on Bipolar Disorder

Case Study Instructions:

The assignment is to watch a video and write a therapy progress note from what you see in the video. The video is 44:56 minutes long. And then it doesn't need to be written in a particularly professional way because I am only a junior undergraduate, and I don't want my professor to suspect that I am a genius, lol. Then about the 550-word requirement, you do not need to write a complete 550. I want to give you more space to write this note as long as the questions on the Therapy progress note are answered thoroughly. And the most important is due time cannot be delayed.

The patient seemed to be more anxious about the tasks and goals that she has in life. Although this is understandable and healthy since anxiousness helps keep her motivated, her prolonged anxiety may become exhausting. Additionally, the patient reported that she had been experiencing symptoms of "restlessness and sleeping a lot and manic highs and manic lows." She observed that she becomes very hyper in most instances when she is manic...
