As a manager of the student help, she should inform all the employees of the hotel on the importance of health and safety regulations at the work place. These regulations are targeted at preventing distressful happenings at the Campus Food Systems (CFS). She should ensure that all the employees at the food joint comprehend the significance of a right place of work for all of them. In food joints, employees should work without any physical harm whatsoever. These should include proper waste management to reduce the effects of contagious diseases and ensuring all the employees understand the risks associated with all the equipment at the work place. This is to reduce cases of mechanical injuries to employees as a result of negligence or ignorance. She should ensure that both employers and employees obey the correct regulations for the Campus Food System itself including the safety of the employees. All these should be geared towards attaining maximum satisfaction to the customers (Elsler & Dienstbuhl, 2008). The regulations will make the employees feel at ease and legible to safety and compensation in case they suffer any injuries at work. Cindy should ensure proper observation to the set regulations.
