The Provision healthcare technology project will incorporate a comprehensive scope management system. There will be a scope definition which entails reviewing the requirements and objectives of the project. Substantially, the project's primary goal is to empower people in tracking and augmenting their health while utilizing coaching supported by technology and personal data. This phase will also explain the project's boundaries and deliverables and highlight any uncertainties or open areas remaining in the project scope. Also, it is crucial to involve the project's stakeholders and subject-matter experts to offer input in the stage. Scope planning is also an integral part of the scope management system. This phase entails meeting with the project's stakeholders and subject-matter professionals and developing a scope statement that covers the project's constraints, conflicts of interest, objectives, and deliverables. Also, it will be important to point out and record dependencies and assumptions concerning project scope and understand the work breakdown structure of the Provision healthcare technology project to ensure the size is manageable (Sharma & Lutchman, 2006). It will also help in this stage to utilize the project's categorization into five phases: preparation and exploration, demonstration and development, implementation, and sustainability.

This part involves setting a formal change procedure in addressing any change requests to the project's scope and assessing all the change requests depending on their effects on the project's resources, objectives, and timeline. Also, the phase involves communicating all the changes approved to the stakeholders and team, fostering the updated scope's awareness to everyone. It is important to note some out-of-scope aspects of the provision healthcare technology project, like changes to the deadline, system requirements change, and all the elements not demonstrated in the original scope document. Major scope changes affect the task considering their identification by the control team and filtering through proper actions (Sharma & Lutchman, 2006)
