Family Strengths
Anne M. and Peter M. have a beautiful family comprising of two children, Thomas aged 6 years, and Megan aged 3 years. Mr. M. is an insurance agent earning about $70,000 annually, and Ms. M. is a secretary who earns around $30,000 per year. In that light, the family has a good and reliable source of income that enable them to meet their basic needs (Douglas Hospital, 2007). Before 7/10/07 when the family went to Jamaica for a vacation, everyone was happy, and the children related well to both parents. As such, it appears that apart from Mr. M.'s bad habit of physically abusing his wife, the family lives well, and the parents provide a conducive environment for their children.
