Analysis of Results
After the lesson delivery, it has become evident that most of the students have mastered the lesson objectives. The lesson aims to enable the students to perform 1-to-2-digit multiplication. Fortunately, the students were able to do the task proficiently. According to the data, four students received perfect scores, while the remaining four pupils made only one to two mistakes. Thus, 47% of the students obtained a high score, indicating that the pupils had mastered the intended lesson objectives.
The teaching strategies utilized during the class contributed to the student's mastery of the lesson objectives. Since the class is made up of diverse children, the strategies that were used during the lesson were undoubtedly intended to meet the diverse needs of the students. Furthermore, the teacher’s provision of assistance to students throughout the class discussion was beneficial. The teacher checks in on the students from time to time to see if they require assistance or to see how they are doing with the assignment. Thus, the students mastered the lesson objectives because of the teaching strategies used by the teacher.
