The implementation of a successful nursing practice requires the participation of both nurses and patients. How would the nurses identify the problem of the clients if the latter did not have the opportunity to express themselves? What if the patients had a different opinion of what the nurses think of their medical condition? Involving the cultural and linguistic-based engagement of both parties ensures the achievement of the anticipated goals in the delivery of health care services (U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, n.d.). The participation and mutual agreement by both parties are significant to the healing process of the patients. Hence, medication is only achieved through the communication of the patient and doctor.
