When evaluating the issue of drug addicts with reference to the Adlerian therapy, there are some very intricate elements that come off. To start with, according to Alfred Adler, patients that are suffer from drug addiction tend to have some form of inferiority that stems from their younger ages (Pienkowski, 2016). This means that most of the patients in this case will have some inferiority complex and use drugs to feel as if they belong to a group in the society that takes them as they are.
