According to Jansen (2021), Nutrition is the process of collecting or giving foods required for health and growth. According to Davis (2021), the act of ingesting food and converting it into energy for growth, metabolism, and repair. Ingestion, digestion, and elimination are the nutritional phases. I strongly advise that we need learn about nutrition so that we can eat nutritious foods, particularly a healthy diet. I am confident that by following a good diet and exercising regularly, I would be able to easily overcome my nutritional issues. It's too difficult for any reason, such as a lack of funds; not everyone can afford to buy meals. I believe that eating fruits and veggies can help you overcome your problems.
