The homeless challenge is not entirely a law enforcement issue because it is broad and entails incorporating efforts and ideas from different stakeholders, including the police officers themselves, mental health specialists, and social workers. It is not accurate to claim that police professionals should not involve in the homeless matter due to various reasons.
