The psychological and social impact that occurs on people due to marginalization has a profound disruptive effect on the intra and inter-group harmony. A marginalized group tries to achieve acceptance by the dominant community; consequently, conflict arises. Conflict also arises when these marginalized groups challenge and protest the domination. The social issues including poverty and crime within the marginalized minority population, where whites are the spectators are greatly debated by the involved groups. Internal dispositions are attributed by the problems that occur within the minority community (Liao, 2001, para. 1). Marginalized Asian Americans are a part of the American law. A seminar was conducted to challenge the white-black paradigm contributing to race relations. It also focused on the legal cases and various other aspects in the legal system pertaining to the Asian Americans. The American law has had a profound impact on shaping the demographics, possibilities and experiences of the Asian Americans. On the contrary, these marginalized population experienced tremendous impact on shaping the American legislative system (Eng 2011). An article focused on how two persons who are traditionally marginalized in the current society carry out the communication within the societal structures that is dominant. This article gathered the life experiences from a total of 89 people different in color, gender, sexual orientation and economic status. Thus, a co-cultural framework was created on the experiences of black people, gay or lesbian, women and people with low economic status. This also included a process model that can adopt communication orientations (Orbe 1998). An overview on the life of a traditionally marginalized Asian American The white in America contributing to the majority of population consider Asian American as "forever foreigner." In spite of immense active participation done by the Asian Americans in the politics and culture arena of America for many generations that passed, they are still being considered as new. It is not possible for an Asian American look in appearances like an Asian as well as American. Several Asian Americans are being enquired about their place of origin depending on the physical appearance. They even enquire about how they got such a good accent of English, if they were born in America. Americans` questions to the Asian Americans don`t end here. The model minority is another generalized stereotype pertaining to the Asian Americans. Several legally immigrated individuals to America work in occupations that are far below their abilities and skills.
