Reflection #2Student Name:
What? (Time Management Progress)
1 Answer:I believe that I am progressing well, as I am aware of the small distractions that interrupt my schedule. In the first SMART goal, I am aware how perfectionism affects me and as I focus on the quality of work expected in the required time. In the second SMART goal, using the software/ app helps as there are fewer distractions. Using the software helps as I am aware of the expected results. I am also more relaxed and where possible I take systematic breaks from time to time rather than allow the distractions to affect me anytime. What is my Time Management progress to date? (Have I achieved my success indicators as noted in LP#1, have I accomplished my two SMART goals from LP#1, why or why not?)(100 words max)
What? (Stress Management Foundations)
1 Answer:S + T = R, or Situation + Thinking = Response. This equation captures how thinking and situations affect how we respond . Dp > Rp = Sd implies that Perceived Demands> Perceived Resources=Stress. When the perceived demands exceed the perceived or personal resources there is more difficulty coping with the situation and is associated with higher risk of stress. Normal stress is neutral as it is neither positive nor negative.

1 Stress affects me in my personal and professional lives, but the situations influence how I react. Sometimes internal stress makes my indecisive as I have doubt in myself and this stress comes from within where resources where my expectations and that of my parents can overwhelm. Perceived demands from both internal and external stress are at times greater perceived resources, where I feel that no matter what I do, I will make no positive change when I need it most, and this has at times led to procrastination.
