OVERVIEW
This assignment requires that you become familiar with the Transatlantic Slave Trade
Database a valuable research tool for understanding slavery in the Atlantic World. A direct link to the Transatlantic Slave Trade Database is located in the Learn Section.
This is intended to be an exploratory assignment. The questions ask for particular details that require you to learn how to navigate the database and extract information from it. It may be slow at the outset, but, once you become familiar with the layout of the database, you will be able to move more quickly in answering the questions or verifying the statements.
