Your client, Buddy’s Floor Barn, wants to analyze how they are doing in their 18 locations in four regions across their 10 product lines over the last 3 quarters. Each Regional Manager has compiled the data for his/her region showing the sales revenue for each of the five product lines (premium flooring) for each of the first three quarters.

Assemble the data from each Store Manager into a data table in list format. And then generate Pivot Table Report. Use this report to analyze the data to answer Buddy’s questions. Write a business report to Buddy’s Floor Barn that provides the answers and discusses the issues.

Analysis of the data
The MADM model and theory is used to analyze on the given data. The abbreviation refers to Multiple Attribute Decision Making. It is a theory used by organization in order to analyze on the sales of products and hence evaluate on the performance over a certain period of time. Through this analyses that are carried out an organization can be able to asses itself as it can be able to make out on its strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats. The following is an analysis of the four managers in the different regions of the organization.

The above table shows the analyses on the sales of the organization in the different faces under the management of different managers. The total sales of the organization in all the faces in the east and other regions is shown in the above table, with the south making the highest sales of goods and the east recording the lowest sales among all. From the above table it is clear that the south is the region that is best in performance compared to others. It can be referred to as the stronghold of the company, while the weakest area is the east. This performance speaks a lot about the managers and also about the performance of the company. The following report will elaborate more and in detail on the above data. The entire sales revenue to the company are 10, 554,422 for the whole passes in the different regions where the organization has established its branches.

Review of the situation.
According to the analyses carried out it shows that the performance of sales revenue of the institution varies in its different regions headed by their different managers. The south and the west are among the best performing regions followed by the east and the mid east regions. The performance of the company in the three different phases is also different but the variation is not that big which is an indication that the managers are trying a lot to improve on the sales on maintain on the current sales that they record in the previous phases.
