A metaphor is a useful instrument that expands and adds color to give dimension to language. It gives clarity, provides prove, creates complexity, and develops creativity and facilitates good communication in organizations at it gives direction to the use of right language among organization employees (Kitchen, 2008).
According to the Author of the article (Van Engen, 2008), metaphors are useful in language dimension because of a number of factors such as; they help in demonstrating complexity, expressing clarity, compare value of variables and expose creativity.
