In business and marketing as a course work, a student gets knowledge about business management and presentation skills. As a student I have benefited highly in this course where I started my career and have learnt to address different issues in the business world. I see a bright career in marketing or managing businesses where I can be a research analyst, a marketing manager, sales manager, advertising agent promotion manager survey researcher or a green marketer. I plan to represent myself, my goals and my current qualification to employers, friends and others so that I can create a better network that can propel my career ahead (Cravens & Piercy, 2008). This is through learning experience from my employer and pieces of advice from my friends who are at the same field. In my current position with skills and knowledge in business and marketing, I will focus on achieving a career that would shine in every work place I am by being competent and following my career ethics.
The skills of presentation I have learned will also be useful in helping my colleagues in work place. Most of my team in work place do not have skills in presentation skills and this makes me an important employee in the work place so as to pass on knowledge and increase the competence of the work.
