Introduction
Personalities are qualities that affect the way we interact with the world and the stimuli that one is eposed to. By knowing and understanding one's personality, it is possible to draft the way forward with respect to improving the outcomes of the various endeavours ranging from professional to the personal aspects.
The Human-Metrics Jung Typology Test
After taking the test there was some very interesting revelations about my personality that i did not know about myself (Human metrics, 2014). According to the Human-Metrics Jung Typology Test, my personal profile is related to the personality that is introverted intuitive thinking perceiving persons, such as Socrates and albert Einstein. This means that I get too deep into thought or activity since I am more of an analytical and pensive person such that I tend to lose track of the time and the world around me (Butt, 2010).
Amongst some of the most crucial strengths that come out from the analysis of the result is that I tend to be very good with technical aspects of whatever I am dealing with, such that I would easily fit in the class of engineering, computer science and grammar or linguistics. There is also the aspect of taking risk, which is intertwined with the idea of logical thinking. This also comes with a set of weaknesses that relate to the fact that I take time to make crucial decisions, just to make sure that every other aspect of the situation is taken care of. According to the test, it is also easy to lose track of time when engaged in the tasks, due to the level of indulgence in the logical conclusion of the situation and delivering the ultimate solution.
Certainly knowing about these intriguing results affects my level of motivation, especially in relation to the fact that I take time to make crucial decisions. This means that I can now approach problems with the level of consciousness they deserve without feeling that I am taking too m...
