You will need to suggest a key performance indicators(which is "attract and retain outstanding staff") that management can use to monitor and guide collegiate success. You KPIs should be a mix of financial and non-financial metrics. Extracts of the college budget are provided for background, however it is not required that you necessarily make use of the information. Rather, it is expected that your team brainstorm the types of costs and sources of revenue that the college has. Apply your understanding of cost classification to develop your KPIs. Be sure to demonstrate several ways to approach this KPI,such as average faculty salary and benefits/employeee satisfaction/number of endowed chairs and professorships/ staff turnover rate....etc..

The college conducts an annual review of the budget and compiles key performance indicators to improve the performance of the college. The College has four themes that guide the planning and decision process. They include student success that shows the college is committed in the success of students. It focuses on learning and teaching success where teachers commit to provide high quality and flexible educational services and programs. College culture and life ensures that the students can strengthen economic and social life of the community where they are situated. Community engagement ensures that the students play important roles in their community and region.
The above themes constitute its mission statement. Therefore, the key performance indicators are compatible with the mission statement. In order to employ, develop, and retain the best teachers for the school, the management should employ from diverse cultural backgrounds. Some of the key indicators would to ensure there are competitive employment conditions and packages. The college needs to award best teachers through a survey at the end of every academic year students will do. Outstanding teachers would receive an award and be the model teacher for the entire academic year.
