The 4Ps include price, product/service, promotion, and place; they help in defining marketing options so that the new product can meet the needs or demands of the customer (Kotler, 2013). To best understand the 4Ps, they should be elaborated by questions; Product/service, what does the customer want? What features have to be included? How will it be used? What size should it be?
