My strong leadership style is Autocratic; I believe that if you do not get things done for you, sometimes they will never completed. It is a method of administration in which the Boss is fully in charge of decision-making and total control over everything. This attribute is very active especially in the workplace areas such as manufacturing, Military and construction.
My leadership skill doesn't mean necessarily I am a control freak, this method involves key elements to be effective socially also, and you have to respect your subordinates and everyone in general since everyone. People feel appreciated if their opinions are given attention. Explanation of rules is also a key factor while working in an institution and being consistent helps to hummer in the desired direction, by following procedures this will also help people do an excellent job.
Being a good listener is also an effective way. It is important to listen to everyone, no matter what the outcome. Being a leader of a team will mean that people will have to bring their ideas to you. An intuitive leader both socially and professionally will always give an education before enforcing everybody becomes happy and has an idea of what they in the future have to follow including the procedures.
