Based on the theory of Maslow hierarchical needs, I am focused to achieve my personal esteem needs. This implies I am focused to fulfill my status, responsibilities, independence, achievement, prestige, mastery and self-esteem. I am focused on achieving development and success in my life. I have confidence and self-esteem, and this makes me be a team player and to collaborate well in a group. I am a team-oriented person. In a group, I remain committed working for the team. I rate myself at this mark because I feel a strong sense of fulfilling my ambitions. I give a lot of my time focusing on my career. I remain committed to developing my personal life. Furthermore, I work hard to develop my aspirations, motives, work skills and goals. Having conducted assessment on the site; the final result I obtained was 79%. Based on the initial self-ratings and the assessment of “term-player quiz”, it is clear that I am a team player rather than an individualist who works better alone.
