The term “property” indicates something that can be owned. Properties are of two main categories: real property and the personal property. Real properties laws guide on land rights, fixtures of land, and anything intangible commodity whose interest are attached to the land for ownership. These include land, restaurant or a vacation. Contrary, personal properties are things such as cars, electronics, refrigerators, and anything with personal interests such as bonds. The provisions of law highlight the ownership of intangible goods with reproduction rights. It means that the owner has the rights of reproduction, and no other person can reproduce. A person may acquire the interest in the real property through inheritance, adverse possession, and induction of law or written documents such as title deed, lease or mortgage.
