Reflective Journal Entry. Chapters 4, 5 and 6 are very rich, and you will want to dedicate some quiet reflective time to work with each chapter individually. The discussion of internal and external motivators on pages 82 and 83 is very interesting. And recognizing your own capabilities on page 87 offers a significant learning opportunity for leaders.
