The department is thus involved in a variety of ongoing processes to improve the performance of the organization. One of the most used strategies is training and development of the employees especially to acquire a highly skilled workforce. A continuous improvement of employee’s skills through training is a factor that ensures long-term success of a business. It is therefore important for a corporate to create a culture that will foster progressive learning in workplaces so as to maintain grounds in the business world (Reference for Business, par 1).
