How would you like it if you could interact with other professionals in your field regardless of distance or the company they work for? Social media offers immense value that can promote professional work. Social media platforms can enhance your professional work mainly through networking and collaboration. When an organization's employees network and collaborate through social media, their work performance becomes efficient and more innovative (Dittes & Smolnik, 2019). Therefore, if you want to be more productive and innovative, it is probably time you start networking and collaborating with your colleagues on social media.
