Project documentation defines how projects are managed, and it documents the importance of the project primarily for informational purposes. It is developed and used in all project phases as a reference point for reporting as well as ongoing project management. It is useful because it helps keep the project on track. Documentation also helps identify when the project needs re-planning to avoid future risks and achieve the desired outcomes. Writing can be considered as a form of documentation because it helps organize the projects, and it becomes easy to retrieve them when needed in future.
Usability testing is a technique used to evaluate a product or service by testing it with representative users.
