ANTI-BIAS EDUCATION
The bias issue is a widely spread plague in the world, and has gradually crept into education institutions. Bias deteriorates an individual’s self-esteem and paves way for self-unworthiness especially in the tender age of toddlers. Thus, the Early Childhood Education introduced an anti-bias education curriculum, which accommodates all sorts of children studying under one roof irrespective of their color, gender, disability, among others. In an anti-bias education classes, children are encouraged to appreciate, love and respect one another, being proud of themselves as well as their families (Sparks & Edwards, 2010).
