A. Ethnography Artifact Discussion Board
Purpose: The purpose of this discussion board is to further examine your ethnic AND cultural identity through the selection of a cultural artifact. A cultural artifact is a physical representation of your cultural identity and may include anything from arts, objects, folklore, stories, or other representative symbols. While cultural artifacts may differ as stories are individual; the essences of a cultural theme maintain universality.General Directions:
1. Identify a cultural artifact of personal significance to you. Describe the artifact on your section's discussion board. This description should include a brief overview of what you have selected to present as well as a brief explanation of the significance of the artifact to you. This significance may be shared in terms of a family story for example or personal memories. Your posting should encompass approximately 250-275 words. My idea:
I was bom in the year of dragon, so we may choose an artifact that’s related to dragon to represent the Chinese culture ( dragon : means powers, justice, fortune, ect ( may search for meaning)). We may wanna include this artifact that was given by my parents that they wish me

the essence of this cultural theme (we may wanna apply the idea of “justice” to the nursing care , like every patient deserve to be treated and cared fairly ect......)
Please let me know if you have any other better ideas in response to the assignment requirement
