Team building morale refers to the process through which individuals are kept together and have common goal. For a children’s program, it is important to build team morale so as to ensure that the children grow up with the basic and necessary skills that may be of great benefit to them and the future generation. Team building helps in many ways as it creates oneness among children and creativity to as they combine their minds together with others.
The following are the areas that I will put my focus on:
Defining roles- I will focus on defining the roles of the children by giving the children different task that they should undertake on daily bases. This will ensure that they are aware of their responsibilities hence they will be always remain focused on what they do.
Enhancing leadership skills- this is one of the important areas that I will focus on as it prepares the children to be the leaders of tomorrow. This will be by teaching them on leadership traits that they should embrace.
Sports- sports activities bring people together and also enhance a good relationship too. Thus through this activities children will be together and there will be a good relationship between them.
Coordination- I will also focus on coordination by organizing different groups and giving the different task to perform. This will increase their teamwork and also skills.
