This way, the costs of health care services would be cheaper and the services better if health care services sector is redefined into a consumer market. Between 2008 and 2012 Deloitte Center for Health Solutions, conducted the first survey on the US adults with regard to health care and perceptions of the consumers.The survey focused on the perceptions of the customers on their ability and interest to operate in a market of consumer health care(Deloitte University Press, 2015).
