Introduction: CINHAL is a database program used in the medical field, so as to get relevant information on any particular Topic concerning health. CIHNAL stands for Cumulative Index to Nursing and Health Literature, which is an electronic version.
The database has a broad range of information that dates back to the year 1956. The information contains up to 4000 journals of Health literature. Information varies from: Select conference, proceedings, care sheets, disease overviews, etc. and has 17 Allied health disciplines.
This information system is given a distinction rating by the America Nursing Credentialing Centre Accreditation program. With this type of Rating CINHAL, has made life very simple for most medical students, because every field is changing like in Information Communication Technology so does Health.
