Hilda Christabel is an 83 year old woman. She was born in California where she lived for eight years before moving to Colorado where she has lived up to date. Hilda was married at the age of 16 and has 8 children consisting of 3 daughters and 5 sons. She worked as a Human Resource manager in her company since when she was 28 years till the age of 56 when she decided to resign. She enjoyed travelling for adventures which was also part of her job as she had to supervise the various activities going on in the other branches of her company which were located at different parts of the country. She lived a happy life till at 56 years when she became widowed. At that time, she developed heart problems along with high blood pressure, conditions with which she has lived up to date (Reuben, 2016). At 77, she began complaining of neck pains which were later linked to cervical spondylosis.

Nursing Diagnosis: Sadness and loneliness, fatigue, irritation, helplessness, boredom and suicidal thoughts (WebMD LLC, 2019; Matt Vera, 2020).
