Introduction
The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Committee gave the United States a rare chance to change its healthcare system to offer flawless, inexpensive, quality care that is available to all. The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Committee Initiative was formed in the recognition of the fact that the nursing line of work encounters numerous hurdles, especially while trying to meet the requirements of the transformed health care.
