Providing health care services rests on the borderline of ethical principles and other issues that relate to public demand, politics and scientific development (Depts.washington.edu, 2015). Health care administrators are constantly tried for their ethical principles in offering the best care to their patient in a dynamic environment and making sure that all the staffs at the facility are geared towards the same. The basics elements of ethics in health care provision in an entire organization, is duty of the health care ethics committees to make sure they are not negated (Ama-assn.org, 2015).
Thesis statement: there are various scenarios that can force the health care ethics committee of a given firm to summon the health care administrator.
As such, the ethics committees found in most of the health care organizations, constantly stay on the lookout of the ethical backgrounds of all the services that are offered in their organizations. It is their duty to educate and advice the doctors and the rest of the medial team on issues regarding ethics. They also play the role of ensuring the rights of the patients are not violated. This means that they are also key players in the development of organizational policies with regard to quality health care. They play a major role decision making especially where the patients are faced with tough choices; this is also applicable to doctors and the nurses (Depts.washington.edu, 2015).
