The Rescue Mission Homeless Shelter is a 100-bed facility for people experiencing homelessness. The shelter is separated into teen, adult men, adult women, and family “houses” that personalize services for the demographic. The average stay is 60 days. Rescue Mission’s human services professional practitioners provide needs assessment, goal setting, and case management services to residents.

The man at the Rescue Mission Homeless Shelter is anxious. The intense energy and strange happiness the person expresses are signs of a mood disorder. As a result, the man may have mood and anxiety disorder (Saha et al., 2021). The man displays the following physical symptoms of anxiety. He cannot remain still; he keeps closing, opening the window pane, and pacing the room. This individual also exhibits an oral sign of anxiety by speaking rapidly.
