The play by Tennessee Williams was published in 1941 and it is titled “The Glass Menagerie” (Williams, 2011).The main characters in the play are Tom, Laura (a sister to Tom), and Amanda (their mother). It is notable that there is one minor character name Jim O’Connor who used to be Laura’s lover during their high school life. Perhaps scene VI is the most interesting of all the scenes because it focuses on all the characters. This paper outlines the actions and gestures I would want the actors of the play perform in scene VI.
To begin with, I would want the actors to demonstrate emotions through facial expressions and actions.
