Studies shows that numerous accidents are caused by drunk driving and statistics continue to increase, despite it being illegal. This paper discusses the effects of drunk driving. The first effect of driving under the influence of alcohol is fast driving. It is evident that speed that thrills kills, and through its risks the individuals may to go to jail; since it is illegal to drive in speed above limits. Drunken individuals have less power to control a car, and more so when they speed. Alcohol normally encourages fast speeds to thrill the charged individuals, which in turn may cause accidents.
