Like Sarah has indicated, I will also personally disagree to the ideology that conflicts are created by frustration over unmet needs. All of us are conditioned to react to certain frustrations differently. The way a certain frustration will hit hard on me is not the same way it will hit on another person. If for example two married couples refuse to agree on what is to be cooked for dinner the reaction of any one of them will be dependent on how they have handled previous conflicts of the same nature. That is why in my opinion I support what Sarah has to say that is, conflict are created by learned behavior.
According to the behaviorism theory, individuals exhibit certain behavior e.g. conflicts and violence as a result of what they have learnt...
