Health care provision has been improving due to health care reforms legislation. Patient protection and Affordable care Act of March 23 2010, is one of the reform legislation which with requires that a national strategy be put in place to ensure quality improvement in health care in which needs of patients will be the guiding principle for action taken by clinicians. The act removes barriers preventing provision of quality care and proper information through technological support.
