In our daily lives we meet and interact with millions of people socially, physically and mentally. To a great extent, the choices and the decisions that we make in our daily lives are usually in some aspect of subconscious, and particularly the small things. Man has free will however, the question is how much of our religious inclination and experiences affect the choices and decisions that we make. Religion has a major influence on our daily lives far much more that many of us would realize. The foundations of our society is religion even if one does not subscribe to any religious belief the fact of the matter is that society is in many way a reflection of religious teachings (Simmons, 1994).
Religion/spirituality and choices both play major roles in our day to day life. Indeed without the idea of spirituality, whether it would be lack of spirituality or the idea of a certain religion and god human beings would be lost. Religion is a guideline that helps us to distinguish sacred and profane. We have for instance the Ten Commandments that command us not to steal, kill, lie etc. moreover religion shows us how to care, share among many other things.
