Smith Management, LLC which is an entertaining company wants to expand its services globally. This is a good venture but it comes with challenges as the company offer services of entertaining. Therefore, its employees will have to be at the venue of different events at the same time. I would recommend they adopt a business model of franchising their services to different states and countries. This is in assumption that Smith Management LLC have already built up a brand and they want to expand their services in far places as they have already captured the market within their reach.
