Google Corporation is the largest search engine company in the world. The company is the largest recruiter in the world. Therefore, the company has to have best employees behind it who uphold and value what the company represents. The American technology company specializes in internet products and services. These activities include search, cloud computing, online advertising technology, and software.
The company has seen rapid growth since its inception through several chains of products, partnerships beyond the search engine, and acquisitions. It leads in the development of Android phones’ operating system. It has moved quickly into communication hardware through its partnership with major manufacturers of electronics. It has an estimation of a million servers around the world and processes over one billion searches per day. It has major market dominance that has led to prominence in the media around the world.
Google is the best company to work for as per research in 2007, 2008, and 2012. It is the most attractive company and employer for graduating students around the world. It has a prominence to attract young people into its corporation through its environment, work ethics, and company culture.
