Money management is the best way to take charge of our spending, the act of planning how to spend is called financial planning and it has three key steps, defining my financial goals, making plans to reach the goals, and working towards making the goals a reality. In my money managements plan I have set ground rules to help me define my expenses and give me a good idea what is required of me (Paris, 2004). I always make sure I plan ahead to avoid misspending and for the payment of my bills I file all my records to help me review my spending, creating a filling system helps me keep track of all my records and can help review mistakes.
