As part of your interview of a healthcare manager or executive selected for module 1 discuss how the program was or will be transformed to be patient-centered. In your discussion please address the following questions.
1.How was the program restructured or reengineered to adapt to internal and external factors impacting it?

Patient centered care has become the major healthcare objective in the current generation. The organization of the program has prioritized the patient, rather than the healthcare personnel. Policies and programs have been set up to maximize on the preference of the patients in regards to receiving medical care (Bellon, De, & De, 2008). The organization of the program focuses on the roles of the healthcare team and the patients in ensuing optimal treatment and eventual efficacy of the practice.
