Critique Name: Institution: This research proposal that was published in the year 2011 was carried out in the trinity college at the University of Dublin. The research question was anchored on establishing the cost effectiveness at the Veterans Affairs for the patients that are terminally ill. Considering that this is a research question that is trying to establish the cost effectiveness, quantitative data was collected. For any of the quantitative research, the data that is collected is should be measurable such as the age. Most of the data categories that were collected in this research are quantitative. In qualitative researches, the data that is collected is mostly descriptive such as the race gender among others.
